Painshill Park Photography Trip

Can’t remember the last time i went out for a day without looking a computer screen. Reiss Cleal or Chill Cleal even, no he doesn’t sell ice cream but would be a good name if he did, found Painshill Park and after having a quick look at work (on my lunch) agreed it would definitely be a cool place to visit. I guess ill start with one of my favourite shots. Which i didn’t expect to say from just looking at the screen on my camera but the colours i love and composition of my flower with blurred colours in the background – Liked it so much I put it up on my Society 6. Worst Plug Ever

I love the sense of autumn you get in this one, lovely crisp brown colours.

This was taken outside the grotto. I had not seen anything like this limestone before and is considered one of the best. I love the angle of the limestone and trees creating a almost perfect shape in the middle.

Thanks for having a look at the post. Hopefully ill be uploading some new photos soon – you can purchase some of the photos at Society 6. If you have any feedback please comment below.

What’s this??? Do I spy some photography :O Love the first photo, looks very gentle and elegant, the focus is perfect too! Not so keen on the second one, but I think that’s because its more of a standard photo unlike the first one which has a bit more to it. It’s a shame the bottom image is so bright because if it was a little darker it could look quite spooky with the “skull” shapes. Also, bottom left corner, blue cable/pipe, not good haha! Anyways, nice post!

cheers for the comment barden – yeah i might update the last one – so if anyone doesn’t see a cable i have edited it out lol

  2. The DOF in the top one is really nice! Agree with Tom about the second and third. On the last one you needed a tripod to take 2 photos of that shot, one with the sky really dark and nice and one how you have got, then join them to get the best of both. The composition to this shot is nice though!

really like the lake photo, looks very calm. The limestone wall is amazing, love the texture against the rest of the more natural / ordinary looking scenery. The fiery orange colour of those trees is amazing too! X

the limestone looked like skulls at first but does look amazing – is a good contrast right to left and i love the colours of trees and sky
